All EmmerSan products have a 10 year warranty against manufacturer defects. However, our stainless steel sinks have a 25 year warranty. A warranty certificate will be issued with every purchase. If the item has broken/malfunctioned within the warranty period, we will then arrange a courier to uplift the item so that we can assess the issue. We will then either replace the item or issue a refund based on our analysis of the returned product.

EmmerSan's drop in sink is also known as an inset sink. Our sinks are manufactured from a superior anti-scratch 304 grade stainless steel. This drop in sink is particularly popular with those seeking to modernize their kitchen with an elegant taste and great quality.

NB: This drop in sink is fitted into a post form or granite top. A cut out is made into the counter top. The inset sink would then be dropped into this cut out.

Product Care

Regular and inexpensive cleaning will retain both the corrosion resistance and appearance of the stainless steel product over time.

When the stainless steel becomes noticeably dull or dirty, we suggest you clean it by using this simple cleaning procedure below:

The golden rule is to avoid chloride and acids all costs.

A small amount of stainless steel cleaning crème may be used. Easily remove any stubborn dirt or stains by applying this detergent with a soft cloth on the product surface.
